This is a SCAM! these guys are trying to Phish your credit card number , expiration date, and zip code (billing address). They are scammers! They called me and said they could lower my credit card interest rates. When I told them I had no credit cards they hung up on me. Once these guys get your credit card number they will max it out with a cash advance. They are using a bogus phone number to show up on your caller ID. How funny they choose the 202 ac for our nations capital. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Get as much info as you can from the caller, but do not give them anything in return. Report these people to the Federal Authorities.

Hi! THis is Heather. Telephone call is in regards to credit cards that you hold. Guess what. They don't know which cards and want that information. They also have a bridge between Oakland and San Francisco, Ca. that they want to sell you. Enough said?

phone rang about 15 times didnt answer just a real bither

A recording for lowering an interest rate - but when you press 2 for not interested, a man with an Indian accent gets on the phone. When I asked where he was calling from, he hung up on me.

Call but a recording on other end. Obiously a scam.
