Received a call from this number (213) 452-6533 on Aug. 26, 2009 @ 8:15pm ET.

21 times in two days

They called my cell twice in the last todays....it rings once and they hang up. i have no idea who they are or what they want. though looking through some of the other complaints that it some kind of telmarketer. and if thats the case. they shouldnt becalling my cell phone.

I am sick of this annoying harassment just like everyone else. Can't someone do something to put a stop to it? I feel everybody's pain here guys!!! Some people just live to annoy everyone else, I sure would hate to be them!! Can you imagine how miserable they are to not have anything better to do?

They hang up when I answer, calling numerous times throughout the day.

they have called from 8 in the morning to 530 at night for two day now. i didnt answetr the calls cause i didnt know the number. when i lookied it up i saw lots of people have had the same thing happen.

These people call many times a day. No one is on the line. Need to put them in some foreign jail, can't get enough punishment in one of ours. Maybe just shoot them.

Rec'd. 6 calls on 8/6 from 7:08 pm til 8:51 pm. I do not know how they rec'd. my cell number like many of the other complaints I read BUT I do have a child heading to college this fall, so maybe somehow that is how? Not sure, but PLEASE do lodge my complaint with the many others and put an end to it. Thank you.

Received at least 20 calls in the last 2 days. Finally got frustrated and answered and told them to stop calling. We will see if it works.

told them to remove my number. calls stopped fot two weeks. started again today. the idiots will continue to call forever. they even call after 8 p.m. now. filed complaint with FCC and put my number on the do not call list to no avail. they're a nuisance and need to be shut down.

I FINALLY got ahold of someone from this number they keep saying they are giving away grant money for college...i really wish i knew where they got my number from. they hang up on you when you tell them someone keeps hanging up on you and to remove you from the list. havent had anymore calls because i finally got fed up when they were blowing my phone up while i was just on my honeymoon

Many calls daily, starting around 8:00am. Tired and annoyed with it. I've had enough.

the SOLUTION !! call them back 45 times ( on a cell or auto-dialer) and ask each time for the time . Then ask for a manager . I let my 2 year old answer it and they havent called in over an hour , before it was 2 or 3 times an hour . IF YOU BUG THEM THEY WILL STOP BUGGING YOU GOOD LUCK

The business at this telephone number has been calling my cell phone number since August 3, 2009, once an hour and when I answer the call and say "Hello" the caller immediately hangs up. If I do not answer the call then the caller does not leave a voice message. I called the number back and a male business salesperson answered the telephone. I told him to remove my telephone number, which we supposedly wrote down, and that if I received another telephone call from that number again, that he would be receiving a telephone call from my attorney the next time. I placed my cell phone number on the "Do Not Call List" months ago, in order to avoid this from happening, and this particular business has not followed those guidlines. They need to be stopped from doing this immediately!

213-452-6533 calls started 8/3/09 every couple of hours. I picked up and there is no response and a hang up. I just let it ring and it goes away after a few rings. How can I get them to stop?

I have now called them back and told them to stop calling. I didn't even get to tell them my number. They hung up on me. Let's see if they stop. It has now been two weeks of these nonstop calls. They start early and go all day. They start at 8 and call every hour, or sometimes, every 15-20 minutes.

Calls twice & then hangs up several times a day. I finally called them back and asked who they were & why it was happening & to please remove our number from their calling list. Not more than 30 minutes later, I got another call from this number, only this time they didn't hang up. I answered and asked them why there were calling when I had just called & asked for our number to be removed. These people need to go away. They assured me that my # would be taken off their list...we'll see.

Calls about 10 times per day on my personal cell phone. Very annoying never leaves a message. I don't answer because it's an unknown number.

Started calling 2 days again.... 4-6 times a day. today was the worst, almost every hour on the hour. I am going to check with my provider to see if i can block this number. So annoying....

Constant soliciatation calls for bogus services. After telling them repeatedly the person they are looking for does not live here, they keep calling. I was told I would be put on thier do not call list, but not 30 minutes later I got another call!!! Yesterday was the first time a got a call from this number. Numerous calls from another number stopped about three weeks ago. If you do not recognize the number, do not answer.

Have been getting calls from this # for 2 days now....and it's my cell number!! didn't recognize the # so I didn't answer. they do not leave any messages, & usually hang up after 2 rings. From reading the complaints here, sounds like a grant company, which I have never applied for or even checked out. I want this to STOP!!!!!!!

COMPLAINT: 7/23/09: I have received numerous phone calls from the above telephone number: (213) 452-6533 (and when I answer, no one is on the phone). I looked this telephone number up via Google, and found many others who have had similar experiences (although some have spoken to parties on the other line, etc.). I SERIOUSLY DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE ANYMORE TELEPHONE CALLS FROM THE ABOVE NUMBER AND WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR ASSISTANCE IN STOPPING THEM. I got call from them today I dont know who they are But they wanted to talk about grants I dont think so So I dont want them to call again

They call my cell phone 6 to 10 times a day. Today they called me at 7:26pm, 8:02pm, 8:16pm, 8:26pm, 8:37pm, 8:43pm, 8:53pm, and 9:06pm. I have tried calling the number back and i am put on hold for at least 7 minutes, so i just hang up. Im not going to waste minutes waiting on hold. When i answer thier call, im put on hold. Ive never been able to actually talk to anyone, and dont know how to get them to stop. This number started calling me around a month and a half ago and they call 6 to 10 times everyday.

More than one dozen calls today, 7/16/9, and no message left. I know only one person in CA, and he would not call repeatedly without leaving a message. No one with a legitimate purpose would do so.
