My mother got a call and they only said Hello. The person sounded like me and knew I was travelling, so she said "Hi Mark". They simply hung up. After calling me and finding out it wasn't me, she ignored another call from this number a couple of hours later.

I got a call from this number today (2/17/2010) at my workplace. The caller ID said Seniors Health. Caller asked for me and he had an accent. Said he was calling to see if I had payday loans I wanted to pay off. When I told him no, he was kind and said thank you and hung up. I searched the number because I recognized the accent because they have been calling me from a few other numbers claiming I owed payday loans that I didn't pay off and that I was going to be arrested. They were calling from FL from a law firm they claim. I kept telling them I didn't have any payday loans that I didn't pay off and to stop calling me. The caller said he was going to call my manager. They will call for a while and stop and all of a sudden one day start back calling again with the same mess. One time they called me on a Friday and told me the police was coming to pick me up that Monday morning to arrest me. I hung up and told them to stop calling me. They have since called back again.

I received several calls from this number. The first time they asked for someone I didn't know and I said "you dialed the wrong number" and hung up. Got several more calls over a couple of weeks but didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Got two calls from them yesterday. I picked up one and again they asked for someone entirely different and I just hung up! I have not given them time for a sales spiel or anything else. I just hang up quickly.

Got a call from this bunch asking me if I had some debts I wanted to get rid of. Sounds to me like a scam since some people have been getting calls about diabetics.

Received a call from this number at 6:00 p.m. Jan 8, 2010. Caller ID said Seniors Health. Caller said they were calling people on Medicare with a promotion from the American Diabetes Association. I asked who I was speaking to. They said, "Oh. OK. This is ____ (unintelligible)." Then, they immediately asked if I had diabetes. I said no and hung up. Called the number back and got a voice mail with an option to be put on their do not call list, which I did . .. even though my phone number is already on a Do Not Call list.

Just got a call from them.. This time it was for Debt relief....Said I was not interested and they just hang up.... no goodbye .. How can people work for these types of companies??

They have called my cell phone several times today. I am at work. They don't leave a message so I didn't even know who was calling. I had to search the # just to find out.

I have received three calls in the past week. I have explained there are no diabetics living here and asked that our number be removed from their call list. I was assured by the first two callers that would be done, however when I received a call at 9:00a.m. this morning it became obvious that was not done. Not only was I awaken from a sound sleep, but I feel like I am speaking to m*****s who do not get it.

I received several calls from 213 710 8139, "reward center," over the course of the last week. They were seeking diabetics for some type of sales promo. When I call back I just get a recording. A Woman named "Alice Miss" was on the last call. I asked her the number she was calling from so I could speak with her directly if we got disconnected so I could get a real number. She gave me a number. I asked to speak with her supervisor about receiving so many harassing phone calls and she hung up on me. I called the number she gave me back and it turned out to be a patient in another state. I don't know how to file formal complaints on these people but they are way out of line. I think giving patient numbers is a huge HIPPA violation as well. If anyone has any information on who I can call to file a complaint please post.

called today. She said they ahve a free moniter for me I am not a diabetic and nobody here is, I know they are not GIVING anything away. she did not speak English well at all and was obviously someone who learned another language first. Then she spoke real fast and I made her repeat it. As soon as I said I was not diabetic and nobody here is, she said Thank You and got off. We are on teh no call list but they are getting around that!!

They called my phone every hour for the last 3 days asking for someone named Doris or so it sounds. When I told that there is no Doris at this phone number, the person had my name in regard of diabetics (which I'm not). I asked the callers to make changes in their database and don't call my number anymore, but looks like I was talking to the deaf ear b/c the calls didn't stop.

On Dec. 7 I received two calls from this number and today, Dec. 8, I received a third at 8:29 a.m. They ask for me by name. They have some connection with diabetes, making it sound like they are part of the American Diabetes Association, but claim they are not selling anything but just want to make sure I have the proper supplies. She admitted they are recommending a company. Wish I had stayed on long enough to get that company name. I told them each time that I was not a diabetic and to stop calling. This morning I asked to speak with a supervisor and she refused. I told her what she was doing was illegal and I would recognize her voice if I heard it again. The caller today was the same one as the first call yesterday. The caller claimed she was in South Carolina but the caller ID indicates a place in California. It was obviously a boiler room operation as I could hear other callers in the background.
