They keep calling me and my account was closed one year ago. I sent them a fax - Cease and Desist and they still keep calling. Need to find some one who can go after them for me. They call 2-3 times a day (even on Saturday) and hang up after 3 calls. I looked their number up on the net and see they are some kind of collection agency. I pay cash and debit and have no debts; so they obviously have the wrong person. I have last stage congestive heart failure so I am monitoring how their calls are affecting my health; heart rate, blood pressure etc; so in a way; give it all you got guys, because when I own your business, and I WILL go for it, I'll close it down; but before that start calling you at your home to pay me off all that I'm going to sue you for (which is your home, cars and possibly first born male child). And I'm not being facetious (except for the child). My phone 501-625-0268. My lawyer is currently writing up not only the cease and desist, but as my health declines, the punitive damages. We may just do small claims so we can do it in Arkansas (if the don't show up we automatically will get $5000. If they do plan to show up will move it to district court and go for their business. Either way, they will be VERY sorry they are harassing a dying heart patient. That's a guarantee. :)

PS; I meant they hang up after 3 rings. We plan to take them for all they're worth. My uncle is a former prosecutor who worked 2 terms with the Clinton Admin. He is very unhappy with these crooks. He wants to go ahead and close them down (he's in Chevy Chase Md) so can do it rather rapidly. I'm trying to talk him out of it as I'd like to sue to own the biz and close it down and take their material possessions for poetic justice. (I'd probably give it all the charity including their homes); I don't need the money.
