Call all the time and leave no message.

Stupid recording that I receive at my office all day long and when I *69 and call back the number, some other recording comes on asking me to press one to switch this number or "2" to enter another number. You cannot get a rep on the phone to be asked to be removed from their list. I hate when companies do this crap and use unlisted numbers and preprogrammed machines. They should be fined heavily and closed down.

they told me i'd be off the list but they still call everyday twice a day. It is has been all summer for about three months now.

Keep calling harassing about lower interest rate. Selected option to be removed from calling list several times! When they kept calling, spoke individual and told them to remove my number from list. He said I gave up that option when I didn't press #2 option. Then he hung up on me!

Calls from this company, computer generated and then I pressed two to ask questions. Very rude man tried the "you are so stupid" approach when I asked to be removed from the call list ...portray themselves as calling from my credit card, but actually a cold call wholly unconnected. I am on do not call registry

Prerecorded message, urgent regarding my CC. I hit one a lady got on the phone and I asked for her company name which was Consumer Credit Services, when I asked for her phone number she told me she was new and didn't know the number and hung up. How can we stop these people.

A recorded telemarketing call offering lower interest rates

Does any one have the correct contact for this company. The number on the caller ID is not the actual number that is calling. I get 3-5 calls a week from these morons. I have filed a report with the FCC and feel everyone else should take the time to do the same. I only takes 5 minutes. They've wasted too much of our valued time with their BS annoying phone calls. they called saying they worked for visa/mastercard services and could cut my interest rate on my credit card from 17.99 to 7.2 all i had to do was do an electronic check transfer

We got ourselves into a big mess on this one. The people represented themselves as Consumer Services with our credit card company. They placed an astronomical fee on our credit card as "administrative fees" and we did not know this until I "THANK GOD" called to check transactions, etc. on our card. Now, this company does not want to refund this "fee". We had no intentions of doing business with this company, ever. They were not Capital One, but a debt management company. DO NOT FALL PREY TO THEIR WAYS. Our credit card company is working on this for us and we had listed it as a fraud case.

They call and say that I have an opportunity to lower my interest rate. If you press 2, they should take you off of the call list, but they have called 4 times since then. When you press 1, they say nobody is available to talk to.

Calls from 301-882-9986...never says anything...annoying and bothersome behavior. Yes we are on the "do not call" list. Occures daily.

Couldn't answer phone and no message left. Called number later. Got foreign sounding voice recording asking that I confirm my phone number after the voice recording voiced the number. I confirmed and the voice said "This number is erased". I wonder if they will call again.

Call for a while, then stop a few weeks, then call again for several days,several times a day, not weekends. I don't answer, no msg left. I am also on do not call list. If someone is away these repeated hang ups can clog up your answering machine with dial tones and block impt calls so this is very annoying.

Those people have called me twice in June and many other times. Just called me at 1:23!

They are worse than a telemarketer, it's clear that they are scammers. They keep calling, always using a phony caller-ID (changing it from time to time.) I always press "1" to talk to them but they usually hang up the instant I ask for the company's name or the real phone number. One time I got one to talk a moment.. they insisted that they were legit but that they weren't allowed to give me their phone number. A supervisor got on and said "sure, the number is... (click)". The FTC obviously can't do anything since they're clearly a secret den of thieves and not a business that would be concerned with FCC fines. How do we get the FBI involved?

I have received 5 calls from this number (6/11 @ 5:55 pm & 8:53 pm, 6/16 @ 1:02 pm, 6/17 @ 11;42 am, 6/18 @ 12:45 pm) They are recordings about lower credit card rates, so far, I have heard 3 different recordings. I have tried pressing 2 twice to be removed from their list (as instructed in their message) I received a message that my number had been removed, yet I still keep getting calls. Today I pressed 1 to talk to someone. When I told them I wanted to talk to somebody about removing my number from their list, I was told "I can take care of that for you" and was hung up on.

These people call everyday regarding lowering my credit card balance. I have waited pressed 2 and chosen to have my number taken off their list. It is never taken off. Today they called me twice, twice I pressed 1 to speak to a person and each time after I explained that I was still getting calls even after choosing on their automated system to not receive them I was hung up on.

I have complained to every person I know to complain too! They will not stop calling!It is not a collection agency, because I have no debt-at least none outstanding. This last time I had a great time with Roxanne (I'm sure a fake name) I gave her lots of bogus info about all of my "debt" and my fake high interest rates. She kept pushing me to give hermore info and I would give her questions so she would have to read from her script. When I told her I would have to call her back she told me that I couldn't then when I told her that I had asked the company to stop calling me she said-wait for it, wait for it...."DID YOU JUST WASTE MY TIME?" I said, "YES, LIKE YOU WASTE MY TIME 3 and $ TIMES A DAY CALLING ME!" From now on, if they call and I am home I am going to keep them on the line as long as possible and mess with them.

Here is the contact number for the company that leases this number to the business that is making these calls: 1-800-810-1784 I would suggest everyone start calling them and filing complaints. I just did and the gentleman on the phone was very nice and told me that he would contact the company that they have leased the number too and request that they stop contacting me.

I get numerous calls from this phone number EVERY WEEK. I have been asked to be removed from the list EVERY TIME they call me. I filed a report with the FTC online today. I am SICK of these calls coming in weekly and waking my 3yr old @ nap time. I want this stopped!

They are always calling after being told to stop. They then will go to a different number and start calling you from there. I would like to see something done to this business. They were told that we were on the do not call list and they laughed and hung up on us.All I know is that they are a sales department. There is never a name. They are out of New Market Maryland

I finally told them to stop calling but they keep calling from other phone numbers. My cell phone and AT&T have no way of blocking them.

Pre-recorded message about "your current credit card". They are liars; they are trying to sell a service that nobody needs. Complaints to the Do Not Call Registry, with which my telephone number is registered, have had no results.

Call's from this number several times a day. Only get a recording and no matter what button you push, nothing happens. If you don't answer, we'll get a call again in less than an hour. How do we stop this crap? And yes, we are on the do not call list.

Dates & times of calls (so far): 5/16/2009, 12:25pm 5/19/2009, 12:25pm 5/26/09, 3:00 pm 5/26/09, 4:43 pm 5/29/09, 1:15 pm Says name of company is "Account Services with Visa, MasterCard & American Express" but when pressed will admit "Financial Freedom Rewards." The gal who I usually speak to has indicated that she's in FL. Even though I've spoken to the same gal all but once, they deny that they've called before. Have said they got my number when I called the bank to lower my credit card rates. When I said I've made no such calls, they say that my bank referred them to me because I pay my bills on time. That is obviously bogus - no bank would forfeit the interest income they receive by farming out their accounts to a third party. With each call I inform them that I'm on the Do Not Call list, that I've repeatedly asked them to stop calling, that they've been reported to the FTC and the FCC, and I will do so again "after this call."

Very Snide, sarcastic and obnoxious with very racist over-tones.

They have been told to stop, so their answer is to call from other numbers. please hwlp stop this.
