I have received several phone calls from this number each day. Since I have caller ID, I don't answer the phone, but the information on-line is that it's a call from Sears. They keep calling me too...whatever has happened to Sears? Their customer service stinks. I had to threaten getting an attorney to take care of a simple warranty issue, and then they did do something. This was over a hot water tank that did not last "years 2-9". We have been receiving phone calls from 312-640-2552 since we purchased a large expensive item from sears on February 4th, 2010. It is an automated service advising that they are calling us about a specific item (a water purifications system) that we had recently purchased. Well, we have never ordered or had a water purification system, so I imagine if we had listened to the entire phone call they would have wanted us to give them private imformation. Just damned annoying.
