They have been calling me every day including weekends. Today they called at 8:09 a.m, 8:45 a.m., 9:08 a.m. on my cell, which is ringing while I am at work. They also called the company switchboard at 10:12 a.m. and asked the operator for me and then never left a message. The operator informed me that someone called me twice at the switchboard in 30 minutes. This would be five calls in two hours!! I don't know why they now feel compailed to start calling the switchboard when they have my cell and direct line except to harrass!!

If you have a Lowes Credit card, they are not in violation for calling you. However even original creditors and collection agencies are not to call you before 8 am or after 9 pm. These appear to be the same information as above by 930 bit. As far as I've researched, this is Genpact LLC, a Collection Agency for Lowe's Credit Cards which are billed and issued by GE Money Bank. They are not supposed to call before 8 am and after 9 pm, nor call on weekends. They do. Please document each and every call. These are violations of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Also within 5 days of the first contact, they are to send you verfication of who and why they are calling. Every collection agency I've dealt with violates this part of the same law above.

I am being called approximately every 30 minutes to an hour starting at 8:30 AM and continuing into the evening. They never leave a name or a message on my machine. I am also being called by the following numbers on a daily basis which I believe may be the same company: 513-878-4971,513-878-4903, 513-878-4909,513-878-4905. All of these numbers are in or near Cincinatti, Ohio. That's all I've been able to find out. I am thinking of filing a complaint with the FCC.
