This number is Healthcare Financial Services (also known as Horizons Billing Service)out of Flowood, MS. They collect for places like Baptist Hospital and their affiliates. I agree with prior comments on this number. They do call A LOT! They leave no message if they don’t get an answer. They will hang up on you if you do not do what they ask you to do. They will not clearly explain what is going on for that matter. I have asked them why they call me constantly when I am making monthly payments. I have not received monthly statements from them showing monthly payments and payment balance. This is harassment according to legal advice! They cannot call you and demand you make a payment you cannot afford when you are already adamantly paying what you can afford monthly. They cannot put a bad report on your Credit Bureau and if they do you can get it taken off if you have all you receipts of payments. I was legally advised to ask them to stop calling then if they do not to answer the call. I was told to write to them and ask for any Payment Agreement they claim to have, a complete payment history including payments made and balances. I was told if they continue to call me and do not send me the so called Payment Agreement and balance records to call my legal advisor back. In other words I would have a case against this company. What they are doing is harassing people and scaring them into making payments they cannot afford! Shame on them! This is not legal! It isn’t Baptist or their affiliate’s fault it is the company they hired to do their accounting for them! I think they should replace them don’t you? I can call back this number an it hangs up. They don't leave a voice mail. I just want them to stop calling me!!

They called me asking for someone I didn't even know. When I asked what it was concerning, they were very rude (on separate occasions). They even took the liberty of hanging up.
