Call a place of business asking for someone who does not work here. Continually call and harass and don't stop calling.

They keep calling me asking fo Christopher Cromwell, I tell them I am not and will not leave me alone.

Mortgage is due no later than close of business the 16th. I always pay the 15th or 16th. This month, I set up payment online to process on the 16th. They started calling on the 15th (11:55a, 3:28p, and 3:57p, and again this morning (9:09a) at my office. Don't know what they think they're going to accomplish besides ticking me off. Unfortunately, my mortgage was sold to them - no way I'd voluntarily refi with them. If they keep it up, I'm guessing I'll have to initiate action via Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

same as others, receive calls 3-5 x per day claiming to be chase, reported them to the police, starting the complaint process, we will see.

Called but didn't leave a message. This is my work number, so I should not be receiving these calls.

A company is handling my modification..this number calls everyday, all day even at night.. I have been diagnosed with breast cancer... and do not need the aggravation

I have been receiving these calls for weeks. I have answered 3 times now and here at the results: 1. - I answered and they hung up after asking for me, but mispronouncing my name. 2. - I answered and they asked for someone else. I told them I know they are scammers and they are not to call my number again. The women on the other line said nothing. 3. - I answered and they asked for me and told me they were from Chase and were calling about my mortgage. I told them I know the call is a scam and if they call me again they will be reported to the appropriate authorities. The guy on the other line apologized and hung up. If it was really Chase I believe they would've attempted to inform me that it was not a scam and proceed with the conversation. I hope I do not receive anymore calls from these people.

non-stop calling at one day for someone that i don't know.

They called me twice and I let it go to voicemail - but no message was left. So when they called AGAIN I answered to see who this number was and they asked for someone else. I told them they had the wrong number and to take me of whatever list that this number was on, the person said they would and sorry to bug me. Two days later, they call again! Again I tell them they have the wrong number, and to take me off their list. This goes on three times. If they call again, I'm going to be really mad. I don't own a house, I don't have a mortgage, and I certainly am not the type of person who can be scammed anyway.

After requesting that my work number be removed from their records, I have recorded 9 calls from Chase and they are now in violation of The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Section 805. Once they sign for the certified letter that I have sent, I will file a formal complaint in a United States district court if they call me at my work again. (Section 813)

I got this phone a week ago and this number has been calling me six or seven times a day. I have told all the different people who I have spoken with that it is a new number for me and to please stop calling. Today they called again 3 times the last time at 8 pm. When I finally got hold of another number to call Chase back on that didn't require an account number, the only way I had to access a human was through the lost or stolen card line. She said just like the rest that she would put me on the no call list...we'll see

Got a call from this number claiming to be "chase". They knew very little about my mortgage. Wanted me to pay over the phone (with a credit card i suppose). Even this payment would not be past due for another 10 days, and I had sent in 7 days ago. Most of the other checks I sent in that day had already cleared. Smells like bad fish.

They call me everyday claiming to be a collections company for Chase Bank. I wrote Chase Bank a personal letter asking them to stop the phone calls as I consider it harrassment. Please, someone in authority keep these ppl from harrassing everyone
