Got from another site Steph - 22 Dec 2008 I f you have recently requested any information on schools like phenoix institute via an online form, etc... this is ONE of the companies they SELL your number to, to do followup soliciations...one company called my house under several diff numbers 9 times in one day...which was Saturday morning starting at 8am!!!.....I Kept saying I wasnt interested and to stop calling!!!.. I did get a response when I called this number back...a rep was honest enough to give me the scoop that my number had been sold to several companies that do education referral, she put my number on their "do not solicite list" BUT it's only for her company...not the others my number was also sold to.
