He tries to find out marital status and other information by offering a discount, then sends out a contractor if you express interest. Beware of unqualified workers showing up and be mindful of indications it may be a scam. Don't sign anything or give anyone money as a deposit until you've checked the person's license. This group is very pushy, but don't be pressured into something you don't feel is right.
