the indian guy with a really thick accent couldnt tell me anything and said that he was with a law firm and to have a nice trip to jail for a payday loan i never took out and said i was the owner of a business when im only 18 and have no business however he couldnt give me any information except how much i supposedly owed when i told him i would not pay for something i never recieved he said have a nice trip to jail and hung up. and the website click cash has nude photographs on it

They have consistly been calling saying I took out a payday loan. They somehow were able to withdraw $30 from my checking account. DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THESE PEOPLE THIS IS FRAUD, THEFT & IDENTITY THEFT!!! Reply

I have received a call from william shepard with the same number stating that I took out a loan out, which I obviously didn't. The guy sound Indian with a really thick accent, he read out my SS number, my name, and address. Mentioned that if I don't resolved this matter that the issue will "unfold" on me. I received a phone call from this number yesterday. The Indian speaking guy says that I have defaulted on a payday loan that I do NOT have. He says they are American Legal Processing Division and when I ask that they send me something in writing they keep saying it is a paperless system and they do not send anything in writing. They have my ss# my checking account numbers, etc.
Has anyone else experienced this?
