Calling my co workers number with all my information.

DON'T GIVE THEM A DIME! They collect debts that are past their statue of limitations and can't otherwise be collected.

I filed a formal complaint against these people with the BBB and FTC after receiving many very similar calls were made to my parent's house that they were "with the local sheriff's office" and were going to "serve me a summons" because I was being sued, and if I didn't resolve it, I'd be arrested for "fraudulent use of a checking account." The guys name was Michael Radcliff and he always ended the call saying "You have been served."

This was their response to the BBB complaint yesterday:

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We do NOT work with any law enforcement agency. We are a collection agency collecting on your delinquent debt. You will NOT be arrested for not paying your debt. We have removed your phone number(s) from our system and closed your acct. Thanks

Amazing how well they clarify who they are when someone call them on their BS... If you receive calls from these people, you need to file a complaint with both the BBB and FTC. This company was sued last year by the FTC for the highest payout a collection agency has ever been fined, and they are now operating under a new name. FILE A COMPLAINT AND DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME!!!

I got the voice msg from the 855-844-3537 ext 111 ; Her name is Dominy Filler ;not sure of the name;sound like Dominy Filler ) - My husband had a sue against him with his checking account and Social security #. from Orange County . We have no idea. Does anyone have this problem .. Thank you
