They continue calling me every 5 minutes from 7 am until 11 pm. and leave nsty messages saying they are calling the cops on me. Caller Type: Collection Agency Reply

These people have been calling me for a couple months telling me I am being sued and facing criminal charges. I have stopped taking their calls and now the voicemails have gotten nasty! The alleged "crime" happened in another state, but they claim for the second time that I will be served papers from the deputies where I live now, sending someone to asses my property. They call it a lawsuit (which is civil) but say I am going to jail if I dont pay them. I called who they are supposed to be working for and they have no record of my debt.

I filed a formal complaint against these people with the BBB and FTC after receiving many very similar calls were made to my parent's house that they were &amp;quot;with the local sheriff's office&amp;quot; and were going to &amp;quot;serve me a summons&amp;quot; because I was being sued, and if I didn't resolve it, I'd be arrested for &amp;quot;fraudulent use of a checking account.&amp;quot; The guys name was Michael Radcliff and he always ended the call saying &amp;quot;You have been served.&amp;quot;\\\\\\\

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We do NOT work with any law enforcement agency. We are a collection agency collecting on your delinquent debt. You will NOT be arrested for not paying your debt. We have removed your phone number(s) from our system and closed your acct. Thanks\\\\\\\

Amazing how well they clarify who they are when someone call them on their BS... If you receive calls from these people, you need to file a complaint with both the BBB and FTC. This company was sued last year by the FTC for the highest payout a collection agency has ever been fined, and they are now operating under a new name. FILE A COMPLAINT AND DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME!!!
