yeah i got a call from jan allen too and she threatened me with criminal prosecution too! she wouldn't give me a company name or anything and i filed bankruptcy and check n go was on there and she said it wasn't so when i forwarded her the papers she then said "well you did this on purpose and i can prove you never intended to pay them so you can either pay me $500 or I'll charge you!" and that's completely illegal! she isn't allowed to even call me once my bankruptcy was discharged. shes a fraud!!!!!!!!!!!

I GOT A CALL FROM THESE PEOPLE TOO ! BUT UNLIKE YOUR STORY I HAD AN OPPOSITE EXPERIENCE, I TOTALLY Forgnotallowednotallowe ABOUT THIS AS I HAD MOVED OUT OF STATE AND CLOSED THIS CHECKING ACCOUNT. I TOO HAD TAKEN OUT A LOAN WITH "CHECK AND GO" I WASNT THREATENED WITH ANY WARRANT!! IM ACTUALLY HAPPY THEY CONTACTED ME, AS I AM LEADING A CHRISTAN LIFE AND NEVER INTENDED NOT TO PAY ANYONE. IF I OWE A DEBT I WILL PAY IT . I HAD RECIEVED SUFFICENT PROOF OF THIS DEBT AND I DID PAY THEM. I SUGGEST THAT IF YOU DO OWE ON A BAD CHECK YOU PAY IT AS WELL AS I HAD CHECKED OUT OUR STATE LAWS REGARDING BAD CHECKS AS WELL.

MAYBE YOU SHOULD BE MORE CONCERNED WITH PAYING YOUR BILLS THAT YOU RUN UP AS THE LORD SAYS PAY YOUR BILLS ! PROVERBS 22:7 THE RICH RULES OVER THE POOR AND THE BORROWER IS THE SLAVE OF THE LENDER AND I AM NO LONGER A SLAVE TO THE LENDER !

I was called at work by "Jan Allan"and was told that I had until 3:30 to get 2,000 dallors to Jan Allen at Worthington Ivestigation or a warrent for my arrest would be issued than. I then called a check into cash and they said I have no checks issued from 2007 that were bad and that they don't keep that on record and that it probable is a scam. You can't even send more $445 at a time from check into cash. When I looked up Worthington Investigation they don't even exist but when I put the phone number 855-890-2984 this complaint form came up. It seems like a lot of people have been scamed by this number and I hope no one falls for this scam and sends money!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!
