I called this number and after two rings a machine pickes up and says that "i have reach line interprize for magazine but noone is able to take my call at that time so stay on the line and wait for someone to become avial or hang up and call another time." so I do but it keeps saying that same thing. Can't we dial 911 and report harrasment??

I keep getting called by this number at least twice a day all week. I don't answer it but if there is a VM, there is no message. It is really irritating and I wish it would stop, too. I am thinking maybe it can be hackers over the phone lines and if you pick up, somehow they may be able to get any information they are looking for, but then again I may be just paranoid. Reply

866-251-0461 keeps spam calling my cell phone and it is irritating the living **** out of me!! Just an f y i .. that it is happening to someone else too. :) Since At&t won't just manually block this number, I have an Iphone and I found out that I have to drive to the At&t service department to get parental controls in order to block any number. Which is retarded in my opinion. There should be a feature on every phone that allows you to block an incoming call!

I get calls from this number three or more times a day and even when I do answer there's no talking, just breathing. They don't leave messages when I don't answer, and it's really starting to bother me. Reply
