They keep calling and hanging up when I answer. I think they're a collection agency because the first calls were from another 866 number and when I answered one of them a woman started saying "Is this Joshua" and kept asking and being belligerent even when I told her it was a wrong number (which is a violation of the FFDCPA). They're using some kind of dialing program — no one is tenacious to be calling every day just to harass a stranger.

I tracked them down. The comapny Platinum can be reached at 866-491-3930. Tell them to put you on their 'Do Not Call' List. They have to stop calling you within 30 days of telling them. Caller ID: none Reply

I GOT THIS CALL FROM THE ABOVE # AND THEY DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE, WTF!!!!!!!!! I CALL IT BACK AND JUST A BUSY SIGNAL THERE IS ANOTHER # ALSO 5 TIMES IN ONE DAY 1-713-981-7407 FROM HOUSTON TX WHAT IS THAT SAME THING BUSY WHEN I CALL IT AND THEY LEAVE NO MESSAGE!!!!!!!!!!I HATE THIS!!!!!!!!! Multiple times a day this harrasing company will call me. I have asked repeated times for my number to be removed from their system. They have told me it will be removed but the calls continue.
