A crazy woman called and asked for Lou. I said there is no Lou here. She started trying to tell me I needed insurance and I could get drug using it. I told her not interested. She told me she woud git me whatever I wants. So, I orders some Roxies but they dont came even after I sent a check. I found out there address and sent them a leter to complain. The problem is not only with the phone calls, but with the people that do order the drugs. This pharmacy is a drug dealer in my mind and they need to be stopped. I wonder how many people have gotten addicted to pain medication because of this company. In the long run it this hurt not only the person taking the drugs but everyone that person comes into contact with. I was thinking about ordering something then having the police come and get the order. This has to be breaking the law. I have read what people have written, but I haven't read anything regarding this issue just the phone calls. Every time I ask them to remove me from their calling list, they say 'yes ma'am' and hang up. When I quiz them and ask when I last ordered from them, they say their systems have been updated and that info is unavailable. When I ask to speak to a supervisor (3 times) the supervisors assure me I will receive no more calls. A few days later the calls resume.

Actually have not answered the phone call yet...did not recognize it so I cross checked it on google. However these guys call 7 days a week 4 - 6 times a day. Have actually had them call, hang up, and call right back. Cross check shows it is USA drug company. Have no business with them. Just one of a 1000 solicitors that have seem to come out of the wood work lately. They are also asking for me by my maiden name...(have been married 31 years but changed phone number legally 12 years & two address's ago. I will just call you back, and they called me AGAIN and hung up on me.. needless to say that fired me up so I spent 20 calling and calling and calling these people... I hung up sometimes, and the other times I would just have a good ole verbal judo contest with the jerk on the other line... they finally gave up and asked me not to call them again if they didn't call me... Continuous calls that list the telephone number 866-414-6289. No message left on the answering machine today. US Pharmacy last called me on Monday JUne 30. They have also called me last week. This has been going on in excess of three years. The individual always speaks with a foreign accent that is difficult to understand. I have also received constant calls since I got this number almost a year ago. I have told them that the people they have asked for no longer have the number. Now they call and hang up or occassionally ask for the those people again. I've asked repeatedly that my number be removed from their list and / or records but they do not stop. The address ia apparently correct. 115 So. Golfview rd., Lake Worth, Florida After googling the number and finding numerous forums of people having the same issue - I found that they call from 105 numbers and that Mario Wilmath, TK Wilmath or Kim Wilmath are the perpetrators. if you google their names you will find numerous complaints or legal documents on other legal issues with the their rental properties. I have filed a complaint with the FCC but as per an earlier post I have invested in a whistle and will use it everytime they call from now on!

Unfortunately these people change their number frequently so the silent ringtone does not work for long. I have been receiving calls from them for over 4 years, and I have filed a complaint with the do not call registry for every single phone call (sometimes up to 5 times per day). Nothing works! Reply

This number continues to call me. I am on the DNC registry. I have repeatedly asked them to take me off their list. They call themselves a pharmacy. They continue to call several times a week sometimes more than once in a day. When I ask then to take me off the list they just hang up and call again the next day or so.

No, they are not affiliated with Walgreens at all. Or Medco but they sometimes answer thier phones that way. they are affiliated with Natural Business group that is the company they ask all money orders to be made out to. Investigators are researching both US Pharmacy, Mario Wilmath, and Natural Business Group. The only way to shut them down is to plug thier lines. Natural business groups fax number is 786.522.9025.

they do the same to me as off of you and finally the cure for me, I called from my cell, from my home and my office line all at the same time over and over again all day long. they got so frusterated they finally shut thier phones off all together, they knew who I was and cussed and made fun of me..blah blah blah, in fact some of them started even being nice...I just kept telling them, okay, I will call right back spoke to some of the same people you all did over and over today...if you try to call right now you will ntoice both numbers 866.414.6289 and 866.908.8233 are both shut off!!! haha...who's laughing now! I have just sent an e-mail to Lisa Madigan, IL Attorney General, to report these harassing calls and file a formal complaint. I am on the general "Do Not Call" list and have asked to be removed from the U.S. Pharmacy call list for months. I get 3 calls every Wed., and 1 call every Thurs. from 2 diff numbers. The callers are rude; yesterday when I again asked to be removed from the call list, he called me "an a&&^%$$#e

Get called at all hours. Enlisted a private investigator. These people go by US PHARMACY and are located at 115 S GolfView Rd., Lake Worth, FL 33460. Calls are always at the same time of the day Monday through Friday, early afternoon, and then Saturday morning, always a foreign accent, always saying they want me to refill my prescription when we only use ONE pharmacy which our insurance covers. I have repeatedly asked to be taken off their calling list, but they continue to call every day. You can try to ignore the calls, but they never stop. These have been going on for years and I have a record of the various phone numbers that the "pharmacies" use. 866-908-8233 is one of the other numbers they use.

i ordered from them over 5 years ago. Everything was fine for a few years, then they started callin about 6 months ago saying my prescription was due. I told them not to call me back, I would not ever be needing their services any longer. They called me so many times that day, that i got pissed and broke my phone, didn't know what else to do. The DO NOT CALL REGISTRY IS A F***** JOKE. THEY CALLED TODAY, I TOLD VICTOR TO TAKE ME OFF HIS LIST. HE LAUGHED AND SAID HE WOULD. SAME THING THEY DID LAST TIME! This is the first of what I suspect will be many calls from the Pharmany company listed many times on this page. I have received dozens of calls freom a different number in the past, several times per day for 4-6 weeks. Most of the time when I answer nobody is there (because they call 10 people at once and talk to the first one to answer, and disconnect all other calls). They are trying to sell dietary supplements or Vicodin. I have been able to determine from the other number that these are cold calls, and mostly addicted persons buy their meds. I suppose some people without insurance may be interested, but the prices quoted - eventually are quite high. Eventually they stop calling, and sell your number to another call center as a viable phone number. Trust me, when the calls stop, they will start in a month or two. These people peobably operate from outside of the US and the FDA probably won't get involved. Maybe they should ???

I get about 2 to 3 calls everyday from this number 866-414-6289 on my cell phone. I have only had this phone since March 2009. I am with Sprint and they say there is no way to block this number from my cell phone. I have put this number in my phonebook and put the ringer where it will not ring. They have called me at 1:30 in the morning and different times during the day.

Same as everyone else-they have been calling for over a year with these #s: (866)414-6289 / (866)908-8233 / (888)716-0010 / (866)466-5033 / (866)397-9252 / (000)050-0000 / (305)800-1000 / (866)466-4459. At least 3 times or more a day. An hour ago I got a call and told the guy not to call anymore, he hung up before I could finish. Right now as I was typing this I got another call (866)466-4459. I picked up, they hung up before I could say hello. I called back, got ahold of a lady with a heavy accent telling me about a promotion on prescriptions. I asked where she was located so that my insurance could contact her to get the prescriptions from her (I was calling her bluff) and she said they don't take insurance just cash and send the prescriptions via USPS or UPS, one of the two, I cant remember.

I found a way to slow these calls dramatically on my cell phone. I have been harassed by US Pharmacy from several different numbers and all are different than those posted by the original poster. I use Youmail as my voicemail. it's free. When I get a call from anyone I never want to talk to again, I call my voicemail(Youmail) and record a greeting of dead air for that phone number. Then I log on to the Youmail website and put the new harassing number into a group of contacts the receives the official AT&T No longer in service message. They also have a Verizon version too. I haven't received a second call from any number that gets that message. My friends get a personalized message as usual. This works great to defeat repeat Telemarketer harassment.

on all 800 numbers i get this all the tiMe very simple fix they will keep calling so here is what to do. i have downloaded or created a ring tone that is silent. attach it to all numbers i don't want to answer or be bothered with. put them all under contact name ZDO NOT ANSWER. The z puts them at bottom of contact list and silent ring tone you never hear.

This accented person continues to call me telling me he has my prescriptions ready and will send them to me for free. I tell him I am not interested, do not know who he is or represents, and he gets rude. When I ask him to remove me from his list...he just laughs and implies that he will continue to harrass me. What can we do with these folks? I have registered multiple times on the Do Not Call list, but that apparently is a useless effort.

This person asked in a Spanish accent for our father and I asked if I could take a msg he rudely said never mind. I called back and asked what this place was and he said an online pharmacy and I said our family does not take medications or even have an account through an online pharmacy. I was like your a telemarketer he said no maybe some one in your family has medicine through us I told him take us off the list or I will report you. He kept trying to talk over me so I kept repeating. Then he proceeded to tell me over and over to shut the "F" up and I hung up on him.

The people who calls us speak with a Spanish accent and ask if we want to re-fill various prescription medication. None that we've bought in the past or have a current prescription for.
