On May 17, 2012, I wash charged $127.30 on my credit card by this company called EIG Netfirms. I have no idea who this company is. On the phone with my bank as I am typing this. It's called having a conscious people!! Reply

Just notified by credit card company a potentially fraudulent charge posted from EIG*FatCow for $78.89. Don't know the vendor, don't recognize the charge amount, cancelled my account and new card issued. Reply

Same here. Was charged $150.00 from EIG*Fat Cow and I have no bloody idea who these people are as I live in Australia. Fortunately, c.c company rejected the charge and the card has been cancelled. Reply

I got my credit card statement with three charges from this phone number. I had no dealings with them whatsoever. There was also a credit for those charges on the same statement, so it was corrected before I even got my statement BUT I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY GOT MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO MAKE THE CHARGES TO START WITH??? I don't even know what they sell or what service they provide or anything about them. When I called my credit card company and asked why those charges were on there and from who, they stated it doesn't matter, it was credited back off, so they provided me no information.
