I got a message from Ray who said my input would be helpful in an investigation she asked me to call her back at 866-571-7616. They gave me a case ID and when I called they were asking for my sister. They asked me to have them call her at 770-574-4648. I told them I would not give her the message until I looked up their company. They would give me no information about their company or the investigation. After I looked them up, I called them back telling them I knew they were a scam and I would not have my sister call them. They hung up on me and then I got a voicemail a few mins later asking me to have my sister call and they told me if I wouldn't "so be it"

This investigator Peter Smith from Integrity Financial Investigative Services called me at work this morning claiming that this attorney Jeffrey Goldman (sp?) is ready to file suit against me for $600 owed to a payday company from 2004. I felt like this was probably a scam, and he said he would give me 48 hours to get proof that I didn't owe this money. I contacted the attorney I used to work for and he said that even if it's legit, they can't collect anything from me because it's outside the statute of limitations. This guy tried to convince me that they were not outside the statute of limitations, but I knew better because I've been working for lawyers for 10 years. Somebody needs to put a stop to these bottom feeders.

I just got a phone call today from this same number from a Rick Alexander claiming to be an attorney and he had a case pending on me and I was the defendant and I needed to call them back asap. No paper work has been filed cause I called all over then when I started reasearching this out I find out its a big scam.

A woman named as investigator Richardson told me i have a pending case against me from american cash network I am being sued and prosecuted for doing fraudulent business. I told her send me proof of this bill. After getting rude with me she hung after I told her that a complaint will be filed against their company. i called them back and asked to speak to a supervisor the guy Jason answering the phone said I am a supervisor. he stated that a attorney named jeffrey goldman was the one filing this case if i did not pay this company is owned by SBS, inc.now who is the owner of SBS, inc cause i have filed my complaint and contacting a attorney to file a lawsuit for violating my rights. also when tracking this number it comes up out of New Jersey.

they call in saying they are members of the marietta police department and for a fee they will release the felony warrant against you. i've called the marietta police, my county office, and the do not call registry, and all three say this is a ponzi scheme and scam....

Harrasing phone calls regarding a family member who doesn't live with me. When she contacts them they don't know who she is. I have repetitively asked them to stop but they won't.

THIS no. CALLED ME LAST MONTH AND CAME BACK AGAIN TODAY. NO VOICEMAIL THOUGH. I REGISTERED THEIR NO IN MY CALLER ID SO I KNOW WHEN THEY CALL! I recorded the message they me last month then called back again and let them hear it. The woman was shocked! I transfered the voicemail inmy media file at my PC and recorded their harassing strategy. Oh these idiots are m*****

An Investigator (ie) Bill collector called from this number, he was asking for someone who works in our shop. This is a business so we do not take personal calls at work. I told him he had the wrong number and would have to try him on another line. He was very rude and abusive towards me over the phone He kept swearing at me proceeded to call me a liar when I was just doing my job. He called back twice and his attitude continued. We eventually had to block this number from calling our company. This is harassment and we will not stand for that! If this company calls here again we will file a federal complaint!

They call looking for someone I don't know. I never answer the phone but they leave messages. I should probably call the cops on them.

I received a very harrassing phone call from this number stating I supposedly owed 4000 for a discover card and that they would be willing to settle for 2000 if the litigaters would agree to it. The man on the other line was very rude and trying to get information from me which I did not provide.

this bunch is a fraud and a scam. statute of limitations has passed on all of the trash bottom feeder debt they are attempting to collect!! blow them off, they cannot do anything to you!! they lie and use intimidation to try and collect money! using false civil case numbers is illegal according to the Fair Debt Collection Act.

Called me on my home phone to try and say that I owed money to someone that was suing me in cival court. Left message saying that if I did not call right back the case would be sent to the courthouse for further processing. I called right back and was told that my case was already being processed but that they could hold up processing if I paid the debt. I had no debt and nothing was owed. When I called him out on it he said that there was nothing he could do he was just the messenger. No one else could speak to me or give me further details.

This call was obviously made from a call center, because I could hear loud and rehearsed lines being read in the background. Someone left a message on my answering machine, buthering my last name a few times before saying that he/she was an investigator and needed to talk to me about a case regarding some man I've never heard of. The person left their name twice, but I really am not sure what the name was or if it was a male or a female caller.

PH# 866-571-7616 keeps calling for my deadbeat ex-son-in-law who has never lived at our address nor ever had this phone number. I told them my daughter has been divorced from him for 8+ years & my daughter passed away two months ago. Why are they calling here for him? How did they get my number? They claimed to be law office out of Marietta, GA & gave me name of Attorney Jeffrey Goulman. (I had her spell the last name.) No such attorney exists. Darn, I was hoping ex son-in-law was in trouble but I am tired of them leaving messages for him here...can anyone make them accountable for lying & continuing phone calls after they have been notified the person they want does not live here, never has, & never will????!!!!

Caller said he was investigator( Anthony Allen) and was calling about a court case and that I should return his call. Gave a case number.******* It's not me so let'em go ahead.

Received a call and answered and man appeared business call and then said he was integerity finance and collecting a debt and i said what debt?? He said a credit card from 1999 and said a attorney gouldman was handling it and ask for the phone number and he refused. I searched and found no gouldman listed. they threatened court action and i said prove this and send records. i ask if they are a collection agency and he said no. after attempts to get phone numbers and he refused. i called federal lines and local law enforcement and reported them.. sol is 3-4 years
