My company has been harassed by these people for over a year now. They claim that our controller authorized a sale to them for an online directory listing for $525. He did no such thing. They have a voice recording of him saying "Yes, that is the correct address" and giving his email address for what he was told was some free subscription to something. The part where they said it was free was conveniently left out. The recording does NOT mention any amount of money to be exchanged, does not have him agreeing to purchase anything and isn't even date stamped. I have a file a half an inch thick with emails and fax letters asking these people to send us something in writing where we agreed to such a purchase and they are not able to do so. They claim their voice recording is proof enough, but it doesn't prove anything and he never signed up for any such directory. The latest bill we got from them is now $763.90 because they've decided to add interest to the amount. We are not paying it. They also tried to send us a package with what we are guessing was an actual directory in it, but I sent it back unopened, postage due. Tri Pages they call continously I will not answer the phone. They insist that we have an advertisement with them. we do not we are on the do not call registry.
