mike goldstien called looking for my brother. He knew my husbands name and mine, and also my address. He told me to have my brother call him regarding a citation in Orange county.case #210377. I looked up the case # only to find a different name. This man has also called my sister, brother and aunt.

I received a call Jan. 7 2010 from someone by the name by Angelian. She said I am owing 1,208.64 to Sears and if I want to settle out of court i have to pay $400.00 now. If I don't all my assets will be frozen. My savings and checking account, my 401K and my paycheck will be garnished as of 1-22-10. I told her i was not owing Sears and I will get an attorney and fight it. She was was very nasty and rude and hang up.

The caller asked if I knew a Tedy or Theodora Miller. I do happen to have an Aunt with that last name but but the first name so I almost fell for it. I told him I dont know that person, He got rather rude and hung up on me

They were very rude. I asked what this was about. I was told they turned a compaint over toi the city where I live. And they would contact my work. I turned on my recorder and taped the call. I played it back to them. They hung up the phone Heehee Thx Ron

They called and left a completely incomprehensable voice mail to call about court action. I called the 866 number and they indicated it was for credit card from 1997 for $1100.00 with interest. I told them to f off and not call me anymore

A very rude woman ID'd as Ms. Allen called my brother in CT. I live in CA. She tried to make the connection between my brother's wife's maiden name & my husband's name & wanted my husband's SS#. She was extremely rude and threatening to my brother, saying that he (my husband) needs to call them or they will be sending a notice to his home. My brothe said, you don't even know where his home is. She said, we have ways to find these things out. My husband and I live clean and have no debt, although he does share the same name as his 80+ father who has been known to not pay bills and attract collectors. What is most unsettling is how they connected my brother's wife's maiden name to us, 3000 miles away.

Male caller ID himself as Mr. Smith. Asked for Linda Click. Asked who he was and what company he was with. Mr. Smith would not give name of company but said he had legal "stuff" to send to Linda Click. I told him she does not reside here and asked the nature of the legal material and he said if I was not Linda did I know her and could I provide forwarding information. I told him I did know a Linda Click but I didn't have forwarding information. He hung up when asked again for the name of his business or law firm. I tried to reverse lookup the number on the caller ID on the internet and there was not any info available so I returned the call and was told the name of the company is FGZ as in Frank, Goat, Zebra but could not get any more info from the male who answered the phone but his voice was very much like the original caller.

this firm has been calling me for almost a year now, looking for my brother in law. every time they call i give them his phone number and ask to be removed from their calling list. of course, i am never actually removed and the phone calls have become ruder and ruder. today the lady yelled at me and interrupted me whenever i tried to speak and when i asked to be removed from their list, she screamed, "well are you going to give me your brother in laws informations or what?!" in response, i calmly said, "i have given that information every time you call. and i have to ask now that you do not call my house and harass me. your business is with him, so call him. there is no reason to be yelling at me." and she screamed again and i reminded her again not to yell and she hung up on me. i called the company back and asked to speak to a manager at the firm to report her inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. when someone supposedly from administration got on the phone, he could barely speak in full sentences, was completely unapologetic and told me the best he could do was "look into it." i know that they will not be looking into it... one of their tactics is to harass the family members and friends of whoever it is they are trying to get in touch with. it's pathetic and sad and something really should be done.

9.9.09received a call around noon on my cell;(my wife's account holder)from Ms Banks,regarding a 12 year old debth w/furniture store in vegas.they asked for my debit card # or a credit card# to setlle the account.according to her my balance was 3000.00 but they would settle for 1500.00i told them i would pay w/money order they said NO only credit card or debit, when i refused to give them my info, i got a harrasing call from the same agancy and this time was Mr Ed,Schmith. he sound piss off and couldn even speak proper words,sounded if he was drunk. he conect me back to a lady that kept talking over me when i refused to give them my personal info.

Some guy called my dad and told him same stuff and when I called back the guy threatened me. I am also reading everywhere that they are threatening people. "Law Firm of Frederick, Goldstein, & Zoe = 866-949-9484" Contact your state representative to get these guys!

My sister also got a phone call like that,but they called her brother-in-law's home and left the message that she needed to get back to them in 24 hrs or they would send the police to her place of work. She called the number they left and left her phone number but they did not call her back.

Several extremely threatening calls recieved on a private cellular line, having to do with an old credit card but threatening arrest and jail within days.
