Just received a COMPANY PAID PHONE from my employer last Friday and from day 1, I started to receive calls from this #? I brought this issue up to the Administrator and he was clueless (and overpaid!!! Lol) What the....

I receive calls constantly every day from this number which comes up as ER Solutions when I did a number search online. I have not picked it up because I do not answer calls I am not familiar with. Just yesterday I received a notice from ER Solutions about a bill. I do not owe AT&T money, if I did I would have received notice from AT&T themselves and I would not have any service currently with them. As far as I'm concerned they can kiss my Italian *** and call it a day.

I received a call from this number and when I called back it said ER Solutions. I owe AT&T Wireless and assume they are using this company to collect the debt. They have harrassed my elderly sick mother as well. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission as they call repeatedly, talk very rude and have harrassed my mother.

got multiple calls, all hours of the night half the time they hang up other half its some non english babble. have told them not to call at cell or work will not quit. rude and imcompetent

A lady called from this number claiming she was from ER Solutions (a debt collection agency) and that I owed a set amount to AT&T Wireless and they have been contracted by AT&T to collect on said debt. The issues comes when she was asking a lot of personal information such as my job, the amount I make, my husband's job, and how much he makes. Now, I've been struggling for some time now and I used to work in collections a few years ago. This did not sound right to me! I hung up and told my hubby what happened and we decided to call the number back for a complaint on them prying for info that is none of their business. However, the number that was on the caller id routed me to a lady that said I was calling her cell phone with an area code of our local area. I checked ER Solutions and it appears that this number is not listed on their page in the bbb. Beware! We are trying to figure out if we have any legal rights here and how to go about getting them enforced.
