I was checking online and I was charged 39.95 from this website/ company as well. Is there a way to have that refunded and completely stopped.

I ordered something online and then a few days later i got charged $39.99 on my debit card so i called my bank and they gave me this number to call and talk to them, and they said they canceled it and explained that whenever you order certain things online it will go to them and they're allowed to charge you from their company as well...i told them i dont approve of that and had them cancel it.

Well this is what happen to me:

I completed a survey from Walmart (the ones they put on your receipt), and next thing you know i receive a phone call from these people a few days after.

They were telling me about the survey I dd and that I won a 100 dollar gift card for Walmart and a card that gives me discounts at many places....(that's the 39.99 part).... So they wanted me to pay shipping only witch was 4.95....

I really did not want to do so because i don't believe in this but hey I DID complete the survey and I had phone numbers and everything so I went ahead and gave it a try....

Next thing you know, 2 weeks pass and nothing arrived in my mail...and get a call from my bank saying two transactions unapproved were made and saying if have any idea of it. It popped up with there number and told them that I think I know who or what it was...

Its hard to win stuff like this now, so be careful out there with internet and everything. I really watch my back on anything, specially stuff like this but man they got me this time....lol

same thing happened to me, but i aint even order anything, there was sum random charge for 39.99 from the same number, im filing a complaint and havin sumthing done abt this.. bcus this aint right.
