Correction: the site is health-tracker linksnotallowed, without the linksnotallowed, not health-checker as I thought I heard the operator say.

I called my cc company and they connected me to a live operator at this number. This is part of the Smile Brite campaign - the 5.95 monthly charges showed up on my bill as NATURAL-8883629568 DOVER DE from 10/09 through 12/09, and 888-757-0715YOUR IMAGE 888-757-0715 UT from 2/10 through 05/10. They claim I signed up for a monthly membership at health-checker . com (a catalog site with no log-in or purchase page that I could find; the one email I did find was a "YOUR ORDER" charge confirmation and then a cancellation notice from no-reply (at)supportservicesofutah linksnotallowed), and conceded that the company name had changed. I bought the Smile Brite sample in early 2009, but wasn't hit for this membership until October and was skipped for January 10. Shame on me for not checking my card closely and regularly; my excuse is that I share the card with my husband and because we don't have internet at home, we don't keep on top of unfamiliar small charges. Moral of the story, keep your eye on your money or it will find a better master.

I need help in stoping YOUR IMAGE from chargeing my visa card every month $85.28> I have try to call a number on my statement which is 888-757- 0715 and been on hold for 3 hours on one and the next for 2 and no one ever answer. With my husband not working because he got hurt at work the $85.28 can be helpful if someone could please let me know how to get hold of your image with a # that works as I can cancel it for life. They have charge me for 2years with out luck of canceling.

I had the same experience. I had canceled my "subscription" to two companies--DentaWhite and Everbright--which actually seem to be the same company, and thought the charges were done (after already being scammed once by them). Then I was charged $9 for the next two months, with the 888-757-0715 listed as the charging company. I called the number, and was on hold for nearly 2 hours, so I hung up. After telling my credit card company the story, and since I have email confirmation of my cancelled accounts, the charges were removed and the company is blocked from charging me again. I just hope they don't try charging me under another company's name/ number in the future.

my visa has been charged $5.95 every month and the posting on my cc statement mentions "your image". i have NO idea what the charges are for and i called the 888-757-0715 number that is displayed on my statement and never got through to a person, even after an hour of waiting. seems like a total scam and i will be disputing with my credit card company.

No phone charges, charging my checking account!!! This is grounds for the 44 magnum because the is internet robbery at its best. How many are being robbed without them noticing because of the random methods and small amounts being taken here.

I have not gave my info to anyone over the phone and I have two pending charges too. Is there any thing I can do about this ...does anyone know?

I did not get one phone call then I get two different charges. One for 84 dollars and one for 6 dollars. I ave not used my visa in over two months and these transactions were put on February 7th. Something better be done, because I am not happy about this at all.

I found a pending charge for $9.46. I called the number that showed up with this transaction on my Visa. I never talked to anyone but was on hold for about 15 minutes. Well today, the charge went through. I called Visa immediataly and disputed this transaction. I did have to cancel the card number but at least I won't have additional charges. I suggest others do the same. My information was stolen and had an unauthorized transaction! Not sure who these people are. Visa thought these people may have stolen my information when I made an on-line purchase.

My visa card has been charged $91.60 and I have no idea why! I called the above-mentioned number and no one answers! Further, I have no caller I.D. on my phone with the above-mentioned number. These charges will be reversed and I will be calling the better Business Bureau.

Who are these people. I get credit card charges from them that I have no clue where they come from. Call them, no one there.
